4-Day Transformative Yoga – Every day carries a new challenge, the same goes for our 4-days of Transformative Yoga. Sumit Manav –Founder of Lifestyle Yoga Dubai & Yoga instructor- has designed this program specially to deepen the strength of your Yoga practices and to enhance your overall mind, body & emotional wellbeing.
Days 1 &2 – Restore, Recharge & Renew; Release all your tension and sink deep into a wonderfully meditative Yogic flow.
Days 3 & 4 – Build Strength; A series of dynamic poses including core Yoga poses that are guaranteed to build your strength and regain your body’s balance.
The last of our 4-week yoga challenge is dedicated towards Meditation. The first 3 weeks will prepare you physically, mentally and spiritually, to eventually lead you to the meditative seat. This preparation regime is fundamental for the human body in order to meditate.
As they say, to build a strong house, the base has to be strong. In the same manner, your body has to build itself for a better and powerful meditation experience.
In these 4-days, you will learn many tools and methods to dive deep into experiencing the real meditation zone and its effect on human body and mind.
Meditation is a process that is scientifically proven as an effective method to be followed on a daily basis. This process empowers you with solid experience that enables you to discover yourself more and more. Begin your day with an early Meditation session for a more fruitful & productive day.

The 4-Day Intensive Meditation challenge will help you understand the world of Meditation, and how you can easily Meditate at home.
