A series of 4 workshops open to Women conscious that managing schedules, goals, relationships, ambitions, and self requires mindful attitude to avoid the usual pitfalls that go with multiple roles: stress, anxiety, schedules, work-life-balance. Take-away some simple tools to manage all that is required to manage Business & Family commitment and stay onto of your goals.

Over a month time in 4 sessions of 3 hrs each ( total 12 hrs) we will uncover the main issues, discuss way forward, and with user-friendly work assignment establish a focused resolve to keep everything that makes up our lifestyle on to the GPS without stress and mismatches .

A blend of life coaching and Yoga each session presents:

1) Discussion
2) Group-work
3) Power Yoga,
4) Individual work
5) Yin Yoga
6) work-assignment

Noi and Isabella together encompass Yoga practice, yoga teaching and Life coaching. Noi is a RYR 200hrs and Isabella a E-RYT 500 hrs and Empowerment LifeCoach from Empowerment Institute ( NY). Isabella brings 15 yrs of work with Women’s groups over three continents, and Noi has set up Women’s Yoga Playground as a facility for women to find lightness and happiness in everyday lifestyles choices.
