We’re proud to bring you for the very first time in Dubai our authentic Spinning and Yoga class (SAY)!

This 75-minute signature SAY class flows as follows:

5 minutes warm-up – This combination session will start with a blood-pumping warm-up

10 minutes of spinning – Moving on to indoor cycling (spinning)

15 minutes of Power Yoga – Moving to the Yoga mats for 15 minutes of strength & fat-burn Yoga; perfect to achieve a good Yoga posture while sinking into the flow of the class

15 minutes of Spinning – More intense spinning round

30 minutes of Yoga Flow & Deep Meditation – Combination of Hatha & Dhyan Yoga; Hatha Yoga is about balancing the energy in both sides of your body, and Dhyan Yoga is about experiencing the peace within you using traditionally authentic Meditation techniques

Fitness Level: 5 to 7 – A fantastic workout suitable for individuals of all fitness levels.

This class is a very energetic class and the instructor is going to pump up everyone to the flow of the class.

Lifestyle Yoga Al-Nahda Studio (Mai Tower, Al-Nahda 1)
Session Timings: 4.00 pm - 5.00 pm
Days: Saturday to Wednesday (Thursdays & Fridays off)
