What comes to mind immediately about Simon and Yoga is spinal movements and movement from the core. Simon can indeed go at great lengths explaining how the practice of Classical yoga brings superior results when activated from the core with the systematic progression of individual spinal movements. The practice becomes fluid, less straining and produces warmth within the blood maintaining calmness of heart-rate and nervous system. Besides teaching yoga and body movement Simon has multiple skills. Storytelling is one of them and workshops turn into a very peculiar experience of bringing back to life passed masters and their legacy with anecdotes rooted in his multiple practices with BKS Iyengar, Pathabi Jois, and TKV Desikachar, to name a few. Introducing Simon cant be summarized. Those who know him trust the practice will be fun. Those who heard about him remain amazed at his humble listening skills to assist everyone to practice yoga as it inhabits him. Simon teaches from the core of his wealthy radiating knowledge, his heart and of course his experience and is dearly missed when completes his workshops. Actually, with Simon your practice transforms, movement becomes spacious and breathing totally adapted. All sessions are open all and will give you some theory and a flowing and meditative visually-instructed led-practice with music.
