What Is Yin Yoga?
Our goal in life is not to become perfect: our goal in life is to become whole.
Most forms of yoga today are dynamic, active practices designed to work only half of the body, the muscular half, the “Yang” tissues. Yin Yoga allows us to work the other half, the deeper “Yin” tissues of our ligaments, joints, deep fascial networks, and even our bones. All of our tissue are important and need to be exercised so that we can achieve optimal health and vitality.
Life is meant to lived joyously and blissfully, and you have the power and tool within to do so
Life is a beautiful journey and meditation is one of the most amazing & priceless rituals to unlock the greatest potential in the human mind. We all have this hidden potential, but not many of us use it. We are all full of power but seldom realize it because of our busy and mundane schedules. Making meditation a priority in life helps you achieve your goals of finding the real truth and full potential and finally living, not merely existing.
The yin Yoga & meditation TTC -level-2 consists of 8 progressive modules delivered over 6-days, to create a comprehensive 50-hour certification. All modules will be taught by Sumit Manav.
Each module includes a detailed lecture and discussion, combined with a led class and ample movement play – so you can integrate the concepts into your teaching through your own direct, embodied experience.
