Lifestyle Yoga invites you to Transform Your Life 30-Day Beginner Yoga Challenge. This challenge will start on 4th January 2020. Are you brand new to the yoga world? A complete beginner? If so, there’s no better time to begin than right now. There are no prerequisites to this series or class.

Just give it a try. You have nothing to lose!

During the 30-days, you will follow a rhythmic sequence with variety at the same time which means you will be never bored. Every class is unique & authentic. This Challenge has amazing benefits including improving your flexibility, strength, developing balance and looking younger by the day.

If you are ready to commit for the whole month, which is simply 6-hour per week for 30-days, you will achieve a lot to make your life healthier and happier.


Any challenger who finishes the whole 26th session will get an award with another Unlimited Yoga month absolutely FREE.

Day 1: Duration 60-Minutes

Suksham & Pragya Yoga: It is a set of exercises that don’t just work your muscles, but stimulates the entire body, from top to toe. It targets the subtle body, so if you’re expecting a hardcore, purely physical workout, you’re on the wrong page. Sukshma Vyayama is a workout for each internal organ, joint, muscle, opening, and appendage.

Day 2: Duration 60-Minutes

Hatha Yoga for Beginners: A class that establishes your foundation with breathing, relaxation and a sequence of gentle, hatha yoga poses.

Day 3: Duration 60-Minutes

Hip & Shoulder Release: If releasing your shoulders & making your hips more flexible makes you happy, you’ll find this class heavenly. Being mindful and deep breathing brings life to your energy and the same time you work on releasing the tension from the hip and shoulder.

Day 4: Duration 60-Minutes

Pranayama and Yoga Nidra: Breath is Life & Life is your breath. Enjoy the powerful and full of a healing session with Pranayama & YogaNidra.

Day 5: Duration 60-Minutes

Hatha Flow for Upper Body: Day 5th is tailored to deal with your upper body strength and flexibility. Enjoy the Hatha Yoga session that will strengthen the upper body & the same time release the tension.

Day 6: Duration 60-Minutes

Detox Yoga: Experience the amazing detox yoga flow to heal and clean your body from the inside out. With each of these 60-minute long classes, you’ll quickly improve your breath, circulation, digestion & elimination of Toxins.

Day 7: Break: Enjoy the relaxing and peaceful day.

Day 8: Duration 60-Minutes

Yoga For Flexibility: Today class stretches and targets both the deep connective tissues between the muscles, and the fascia throughout the body. The aim of this class is to increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility as the poses stretch and exercise the bone and joint areas. It also helps us to regulate the body’s flow of energy.

Day 9: Duration 60-Minutes

Yoga For Strength: Today yoga for strength sessions aims at effectively building your body strength through a series of Yoga asana and kriya. This class improves your posture, body language, and core strength – which enhances your inner & outer confidence a lot.

Day 10: Duration 60-Minutes

Yin Flow for Full Body: This yin yoga flow targets many areas of the body that get missed in our normal yoga practice. We will work from the tips of the toes to the top of the head and touch many layers in between.

Day 11: Duration 60-Minutes

Vinyasa Beginners: Medium-paced class to experience fluidity and motion as you exercise your body and breathing capabilities.This class aids in weight loss, energy boost, flexibility & Detoxification. Comprises of 50-Vinyasa flow postures specifically designed by Sumit Manav.

Day 12: Duration 60-Minutes

Stretch To Destress: Yoga for Stress Relief continues our focus from Day-1 on suksham yoga, while teaching you techniques that help you let go of stress and anxiety. You will feel rested, relaxed and rejuvenated after doing this 60-minute class.

Day 13: Duration 60-Minutes

Spinal Yin Yoga: This lovely flow moves the spine through its 6-degree of freedom: flexion, extension, lateral flexions left and right, and twist left and right.

Day 14: Break: Do what you feel like but no yoga today.

Day 15: Duration 60-Minutes

Yin Flow For Hip Opening: Today Yin flow moves the hip almost 6-degree of freedom. This session will include gentle hip rotation, abduction, and flexion. Some of the meridians you will heal in this class will be Liver, Kidney, Somach& Spleen.

Day 16: Duration 60-Minutes

Yoga For Core and Digestive System: 16th Day our 60-minutes of Yoga targeting to increase the digestive fire through yoga postures & Yogic kriyas that work for your core strength and activation of the digestive. Core strength can mysteriously help all kinds of physical issues, such as sciatica, knees pain and lower back pain.

Day 17: Duration 60-Minutes

Full Body Hatha Flow: Challenging beginner full body Hatha yoga flow class. This session you will find creativity, feeling playful and hard, all at the same time. This class covers the body in a thorough way, including forward bends, backbends, twists and plenty of hip, hamstring and lower back stretches.

Day 18: Duration 60-Minutes

Hatha Beginner Flow Self Care: We are on day 18th and today we bring a harder class, more movement and longer holds in the poses. Hatha Yoga for Self Care. This session has a nice combination of deep stretches and flows, balancing them in a natural way that feels good for the body.

Day 19: Duration 60-Minutes

Yoga For Sciatica Relief & Pranayama: This may just be the best class you will find for relief from sciatic pain & expansion of energy within the body. This class is remarkably thoroughly too, so you will find benefits as an office worker, musician, student or tradesperson. Anyone welcome with Back Pain & healing.

Day 20: Duration 6-Minutes

Yin Yoga for the Upper Body: This yin yoga flow works on your Shoulders, Arms & Wrist. Through stressing out the upper body tissue, we can also stimulate the upper body meridians lines, especially the Heart & Lungs.

Day 21: Break

Day 22: Duration 60-Minutes

Deepening Relaxation Through Yoga & Yoga Nidra: Practice & experience the yoga sequence to train your brain & body to relax for 30-minutes, and last 30-minutes release stress and tension by learning the yoga practice for ultimate relaxation and healing through Yoga Nidra.

Day 23: Duration 60-Minutes

Yin Yoga for Spine & Leg: Today yin practice tailored to release the stiffness and tension from your leg and spine. The flow for leg will target the major fascial bags within each of the major groups in all four quadrants. Spine flow will move the spine through its 6-degree of freedom. End of the class you will feel happy and vibrant.

Day 24: Duration 60-Minutes

Vinyasa For Strength & Stamina: 60 minutes of challenging Vinyasa Yoga targeting all body parts, with a major focus on stubborn fat areas. Today Vinaysa flow targets body parts: Arms – Chest – Legs – Abdominal Area – Back – Buttocks.

Day 24: Duration 60-Minutes

Flow Yoga to Energize: Enjoy the Hatha flow class that will wake you up & Snae tine energizes you. Today flow yoga class we will practice at a decent pace – it isn’t fast, it isn’t slow – and it incorporates sun salutations, warrior poses, Halfmoon, twists and a lengthy savasana.

Day25: Duration 60-Minutes

Release the Neck, Shoulder & Feet: Let’s enter into the flow of Hatha & Yin combination that will help you work on releasing the most stubborn area of the body and that is Feet, Neck and Shoulder. The gentle flow to unwind and release the tension.

Day 26: Duration 60-Minutes

Healing Through Yoga Nidra & Chakra Meditation: Release stress and tension by learning the yoga practice for ultimate relaxation through yoga Nidra. Yoga is essentially based on the seven-chakra system that lies along the spine, from the base to the crown of the head, and each of these chakra points is responsible for the organs and gland’s healthiness in its region. After the Yoga Nidra be ready to work on these healing centers.

Day 27: Break

Day 27: Duration 60-Minutes

Power Yoga: Power Yoga is a fitness-based vinyasa practice. An offshoot of Ashtanga Yoga, it has many of the same qualities and benefits, including building internal heat, increased stamina, strength, and flexibility, as well as stress reduction. Teachers design their own sequences, while students synchronize their breath with their movement.

Day 28:Duration 60-Minutes

Yoga & Celebration: Today we practice Authteic yoga and celebrate as this is the last day of the challenge. Share the experience with the world and set an intention to take care of your body and mind.


At the end of the session, we will announce the winners of this challenge and who will get a month of Yoga FREE.
